As a Senior Buyer at Keeley Companies, you will play a crucial role in our procurement process, ensuring that we obtain high-quality materials and services at the best possible prices. You will work closely with our project managers and suppliers to negotiate contracts, monitor inventory levels, and maintain strong relationships with key vendors. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for construction and a proven track record in procurement. TOTAL RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs. Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery speed. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and terms. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
