Job Summary: CSA Group has an opportunity for a Maintenance Electrician based out of Cleveland who will mainly be responsible for working throughout the facilities completing various electrical repairs and new construction. Responsibilities: Maintains the following processes: plumbing, electrical, lighting, office equipment, tool machinery, snow removal equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC systems and Tow Motors. Monthly duties and assignments according to the Equipment Maintenance Aspect List and logging work completed and repairs performed. Day to day as directed by the Supervisor respond to the request received from the Cleveland Facility Request e-mail mailbox and complete in a timely manner. Interaction with all levels of management, problem solver, suggests and executes solutions; cooperate with all employees in a team oriented environment. Perform preventative maintenance following schedules and procedures as required Preferred Qualifications: High school graduate. 5 years in the field experience or trade school or the combination of the 2 in the following trades: Electrical (480Volt3phase), Plumbing, Hydraulics, Tow Motors, and Machine repair.
