What You'll Do As an Electronics Technician, you'll be part of our team located in Lakewood, OH. You'll get to:  

  • Work with PLC, HMI, drives and supporting software
  • PLC and HMI programming specific to our machine
  • Troubleshoot and repair plant operating systems, electronic components, PLC's, and controls
  • Analyze electrical systems and recommend improvements to insure efficiency and dependability.
  • Read blueprints, schematics (including electrical), wiring diagrams, technical manuals, etc.
  • Test major subsystems or components to localize problem using specialized equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on various electrical/electronic systems and components

  • Previous PLC and HMI experience
  • Mechanical aptitude and above average hand dexterity.
  • Working knowledge and skills in operating a variety of small hand tools and devices used in electrical/electronic troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand written specifications, procedures and prints.
