As a District Sales Manager, you will drive the sales performance in Marketing and Sales in Electrification Smart Buildings in Cleveland, Ohio, specifying and implementing effective sales and business development initiatives in line with global strategy. In this role you will be responsible for directing the implementation of aggressive measures to achieve sales of products, systems and services in the assigned District. You will also ensure that an individual BU sales targets are met or exceeded and that net margin maximizes profits within the District. You will also be responsible for District planning by NEMA territory and product categories to ensure that strategies are aligned with corporate growth objectives. Develop strategies to increase digital acumen in sales teams and secure digital product and subscription contracts. You will also hold the roles of C&I Area Manager in Districts with less than 10 C&I direct sales people and District Distribution Manager in smaller Districts. This is a position with global grade 09 Your responsibilities Assess performance with annual performance reviews for all district personnel Creates development plan for all employees in district including technical and professional training Manages balanced sales scorecard. Track performances for all BU's (Business Units) and make sure each one is living up to the expectations of the district.
