Job Description/Responsibilities The Region Manager - MI,OH,IA,MS,AL position will be responsible for achieving the organization's strategic & commercial goals for the 5 state region and will need to be a strong communicator, leader and possess a winning attitude. This individual will be responsible for developing all aspects of our business with our internal & external partners accordingly. Ideal base location would be in Ohio or Iowa. Responsibilities: Deliver yearly goals & provide excellence in execution Lead, Communicate & Motivate with our internal & external teams everyday Manage pricing to ensure brand price strategies are met and margins achieved Plan & execute national/local sales programs with brokers & key accounts, where applicable Submit new items for a variety of listing types, one-time buys, etc. Must be able to create the presentation as well as work up pricing, and programming support Build & maintain strong relationships with the state, broker partners & key accounts Build & achieve KPI goals by state (Shelf, Display, Ad's, Distribution, Menu, Backbar) Successfully launch new innovation Work with the Sazerac Bailment team to ensure we have adequate inventory levels at the ADA or state Manage individual state budgets to achieve maximum results while staying within allocation Responsible for annual Volume & Net Sales Value forecasting Actively identify market opportunities & move with pace if business opportunity exists Achieve yearly volume & Net Sales Value targets by state Adopt an Owner's mentality and make business decisions accordingly Qualifications/Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years of experience in Spirits, preferably within the control state network Bachelor's degree Excellent written, oral & presentation skills Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills Proficient computer skills (PPT, Excel, Word) & solid understanding of how to source, read & turn data into selling story (VIP, NABCA data, etc.) Travel required 60% of the time Demonstrate track record of performance & delivery PREFERRED Minimum of 3 years working with a supplier Salary range - $100,000 - $140,000 Placement within the salary range is calculated based upon years of directly r
