The Arc of Ocean County is currently seeking a full-time Case Manager for our Vocational Services Department. The Case Manager will complete ISP/Rehab plans for their assigned caseload, ensure vocational goals are clearly written with measurable goals.

The Case Manager will also provide individual case management to the participants on their caseload which includes training, supervision and support to the participants in meeting their vocational objectives as outlined in their rehab plans. They will provide intervention to clients in crisis when necessary and provide direct support, training and supervision onsite and in the community.

The Case Manager will be responsible for completing and/or reviewing intakes, assessments, and evaluations for prospective participants. They will also participate in time studies and quality control of the production floor. They will ensure participants are provided with opportunities to develop employment and/or self-employment opportunities to expand on skills necessary for competitive employment.

This position is located in Lakewood, New Jersey

Pay: $46,000 per year, Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Requirements

The Case Manager must have effective and positive communication skills in order to build relationships with funding sources, supervisors, co-workers, participants, home representatives and community partners.

  • Must have a Valid NJ Driver’s License with no more than five points

  • Minimum one year of Supervisory Experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Services, Special Education or related field
