Position Summary:

Reporting to the Regional Equipment Manager, this position will work closely with Regional Operations Teams, Production Managers, and Plant Managers to manage equipment documentation within the JD Edwards/CORE applications, equipment preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, repair and rebuild scheduling and execution, and all regulatory compliance documentation and reporting in accordance with Martin Marietta standards.

Position Responsibilities:

In collaboration with Plant managers, ensures compliance of preventative maintenance standards as set forth by Martin Marietta including development of quarterly maintenance/repair/rebuild forecasts and 14-day PM forecasts once per week. Ensures all equipment is properly maintained in the asset register including new asset creation, proper equipment/accounting classifications and PM schedule/component information, Ensures all equipment documentation is completed timely and in compliance with Martin Marietta standards and regulatory guidance. Assists equipment management in driving compliance according to Martin Marietta's equipment management standards. Participates with plant, production, and equipment management performing site operational, maintenance, and equipment audits and inspections. Provides weekly, monthly, and quarterly preventive maintenance completed PM service factor, equipment availability, and equipment ut ilization reporting. Provides plant, production, and equipment management weekly audit reports highlighting non-compliant equipment documentation to drive accountabil Provides JD Edwards/CORE utilization training and oversight to plant and district personnel. Assists plant and district management to produce annual, five-year, and ten-year major mobile equipment repair, rebuild, and replacement plans, and such plans are updated and reported quarterly. Assists plant, production, and equipment management with large project management documentation, scheduling, and procurement support. Using third-party systems support e.g. oil sampling, Fuel Master, telemetry, online OEM parts/service support etc. Provides plant, production, and equipment management cloud-based production/maintenance management services. Manages regulatory compliance documentation and provides regulatory reporting as scheduled.

Position Requirements:

Commit to a regimen of continuous improvement and continuing education regarding mobile equipment operations and maintenance. Collaborate and participate with other departments and teams. Travel extensively overnight High school diploma or equivalent and two years of vocational training. Employee must have sufficient education to read and write, perform simple mathematics, and maintain neat and accurate records. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable. Three to five years of equipment support experience documenting operations and maintenance activities for large mobile and/or fixed equipment fleets. Mastery of or capable of mastering JD Edwards/CORE computerized maintenance management and documentation systems. Proven skills in providing t raining to diverse groups of CMMS and documentation operators. Mastery of Excel, Tableau, Word, and PowerPoint software systems. Intermediate knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance principles and predictive maintenance technologies. Intermediate knowledge of mining and processing equipment operations and maintenance. Proven knowledge of planning, managing resources, and project management. Excellent time management as well as planning skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Excellent oral and written communication skills
