Position Summary:

We are seeking aData Operations Analystto oversee our federal contract based out ofLakewood, CO. TheData Operations Analyst position supports the Portfolio Operations Team Programs; Rent Bill Management and Building Information Services.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Support data quality, entry, and export for the following program applications: Business Intelligence Framework (OBIEE), OASIS (currently eSMART, OA Tool, and DARTS), REXUS, Kahua, FME, ABP replacement, GREX, IRIS/BAT, ADS, CFR (BDR).

  • Support operations team through assisting in workload management and portfolio integration:

  • Asset Management.

  • Manage inventory of systems and data (Regional Data Domain Owners).

  • Release of Space/Vacancy data:

  • Communicate strategically across multiple business lines (Federal and Leasing Realty, Customer Planning, Building/Facility Mgrs) to report current conditions compared to strategic future conditions.

  • Occupancy Agreement Management:

  • Track new, expiring, changes in space, and administrative actions.

  • Maintaining gREX documentation for Leased and Federal Transactions.

  • Audits:

  • Review finalized Occupancy Agreements.

  • Run spatial variance analysis to identify issues.

  • 620/OA bill.

  • CPI changes.

  • Tax adjustments.

  • FFO/variance troubleshooting.

  • REXUS lease/project review.

  • Spatial Data Management:

  • Track projects with future spatial changes.

  • Variance reporting, maintaining, tracking, and managing communication.

  • Manage National and Regional spatial reports.

  • Scenario planning tracking.

  • Parking management.

  • Maintain new and existing building information in REXUS, OASIS, and BDR (CFR).

  • Identify and coordinate project actions across multiple teams; keep shareholders informed of delays, issues, and solutions.

  • Develop a streamlined approach to identify workflows and processes that simplify and align with technology solutions to meet critical business paths.

  • Provide recommendations as to how to best optimize the points of data capture/inputs, by whom, and what systems will be impacted within the business workflow.

  • Manage and update overall portfolio and monitor customer engagement.

Qualifications

Your Education & Experience:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, managing a team of similar size and complexity.

  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meets).

  • Experience with the following software is a plus: Business Intelligence Framework (OBIEE), OASIS, REXUS, Kahua, FME, GREX, IRIS/BAT, ADS, CFR (BDR).

  • Ability to handle changing and competing priorities.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to exercise proper judgement in a variety of situations.
