Developmental Disabilities Resource Center Behavior Analyst (Board Certified) - Clinic Based in Lakewood, Colorado

DDRC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to work with primarily children with developmental disabilities and their families in a new clinic setting expansion. This is an established behavior analytic department creating a clinic-based model to grow providing more intensive ABA services. $71,000-$81,650 annual salary 36 hour work week, Friday Off BENEFITS

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Position

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst position conducts functional behavior assessments, designs and monitors skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, oversees implementation of plans; and provides trainings for families, other care providers, community partners, and practitioners in a clinic setting.

Job Requirements

A Master's Degree or PhD in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field; preferably from an ABA accredited program Current Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Minimum 3 years of experience Ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook Applied experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Experience working with both adults and children preferred Comfortable working in a clinic setting with overseeing RBTs Strong understanding of the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis Knowledge of Medicaid billing practices for ABA services also preferred. Comfortable working with assent-based practices
