Plumbing Trainer - Lakeland

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is looking for an individual with the following skills to serve as a Full-Time Plumbing "in the field" Trainer

 

Responsibilities

  • Help develop the skills, abilities and knowledge needed to be successful in the Plumbing field.

  • Prepare and integrate hands on training in the field.

  • Manage, track, and maintain all records of training.

  • Assist recent graduates to help them transition from school to field work.

  • Collaborate with division managers to identify training needs for current and future employees.

  • Maintain knowledge of and enforce company safety rules and procedures.

    Requirements :

  • Bilingual strongly preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience

  • Training and or teaching experience
