Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Tech Location: Lakeland, FL Pay: $25.00/hour+, depending on experience Hours: Monday-Friday, rotating shifts Duration: Direct Hire Opportunity

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Set up, change over, maintain and repair production lines
  • Operate/Debug newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs
  • Conduct basic general and preventative maintenance repairs
  • Grease and oil motors and production equipment
  • Troubleshoot maintenance problems in accordance with established procedures
  • Study blueprints and manufacturers' manuals to determine correct installation, operation and troubleshooting of machinery

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have fabrication skills
  • 2 years technical/mechanical experience
