Description:
Customer Service/Admin
This role is responsible for answering inbound calls and emails from customers calling/emailing in the mainline to the company. You will be the first line of communication. Customers are the number one priority and focus within this role.
-Answer inbound calls and emails, 40-60 a day. Each day can differ
-Assist customers with questions
-Enter data into system on customer information
-Assist with customer issues
-Assist the Sales Team
-Help transfer calls to other departments
-Help enter new customers into system
-Assist other departments with paperwork
