We are currently seeking a Property Manager for our Palm Beach Mobile Home Park located at300 Cypress Drive Lake Worth, FL 33461

Salary: $42,000 - $54,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer service towards residents, prospective residents, guests and local municipalities to help build relationships
  • Work towards or maintain a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis
  • Collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner
  • Comply to company home standards and manage an established property budget - not exceeding the amount allocated - thinking like an owner
  • Attend to community needs outside of normal business hours when emergencies arise
  • Plan and execute quarterly resident events
  • Set high standards for themselves and their team
  • Maximize the communities' profitability
  • Work with integrity and honesty
  • Work calmly under pressure and be able to follow through on commitments
  • Work towards or maintain a 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis
  • Collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience within management, preferably in property management/mobile home property management
  • Must be invested in the mission and vision of Riverstone Communities and the specific property you support.
  • Must be willing and take initiative to seek out details and information
  • The ideal candidate is someone who likes organization and systems but is adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
  • Completed High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
  • Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Computer proficiency, including the Google Suite and experience using Manage America, preferred
