MTM has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Corporate Dispatch The Supervisor, Corporate Dispatch is responsible for managing the performance of Dispatch and Corporate Dispatch personnel. This includes the management of direct reports in the Corporate Office, while serving as support and direction for the regional Short Notice Trip (SNT) and Dispatch Departments. The Supervisor, Corporate Dispatch will assure all personnel are properly trained, knowledgeable and efficient in all aspects of Dispatch. This includes assuring all trips are routed and completed on time. The Supervisor, Corporate Dispatch will manage employee personnel issues, maintain appropriate staffing, shifts, compliance with all company policies, management of trip assignment, scheduling, routing, and dispatching. The Supervisor, Corporate Dispatch will interact with other departments and Providers in developing and communicating efficient processes and procedures. Responsibilities: Meet and exceed departmental goalsMonitor and ensure Dispatchers provide a high level of service to Customers and DriversCreate efficiencies by improving processes and identifying best practices in customer serviceProvide guidance to questions and recommend corrective services to address Customer complaints and research possible resolutions and/or redirect issues when appropriateClosely engage, coach and train new employees, which join the Network team in an effort to provide support and an atmosphere in which the Agent can succeedProvide on-going development opportunities for direct reportsTrain staff on new policies and procedures and test to ensure understandingAnalyze and measure Employees work performance and take appropriate recognition or disciplinary action based on work performance.
