Work you will do/Responsibilities
Identify root causes of technical issues in production and out of box failures.
Design and develop solutions to fix identified problems.
Interact with project teams for new products development giving insights from technical issues of previous products.
Study and recommend corrective solutions for enhancing manufacturing efficiency.
Work with enterprise vendors to connect testing and production environments
Utilize defect tracking tool to track all internal and E2E defects
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Set clear team goals, delegate tasks, and set deadlines
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation, respond to alerts in a timely fashion, escalate issues as needed

Qualifications Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
6+ years of hands-on development experience
Experience Debugging Application software including log parsing, and troubleshooting across multiple components on multiple servers
Experience trouble-shooting client issues with high level data analysis and project review.
Knowledge on evaluating client applications using apt hardware and software platform based on given configuration.
Experience Maintaining interaction within entire organization and third-party related entities.
Work with DevOps, TechOps, Tier 1 teams for defect resolutions and maintain effective communication with client/vendors.
Must be able to relocate or live in the Lake Mary, FL, Gilbert, AZ or Mechanicsburg, PA area
Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred Qualifications
Java (Front End developer experience) responsible for Design, Development, and Implementation work for integrating modules with System Integration (SI) Platform for MES Health Interactive
