Solution Analyst - Multimedia Designer: Deloitte Consulting, US Delivery Center

Work you'll do

As a Solution Analyst, you'll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below.

Knowledge Areas- Multimedia Designer

  • Expertise in all knowledge areas is NOT required for the position. *

  • Analyze a creative brief to understand the design requirements, client style & tone, goal of campaign, due dates, and more

  • Perform assessments of existing campaign assets, and identify design systems including colors, fonts, spacing, and logos

  • Design creative solutions to client problems through application of various marketing and design principles; validate solutions to delivery leads and subject matter experts

  • Define, build, and implement enhancements to processes, design systems, and structure of the design craft

  • Develop customized solutions and draft design files and documentation utilizing strong skills in problem solving, and attention to detail

  • Leverage data and design knowledge to transform historical data into new solutions

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree completed by August 2024 in these or related areas of study

  • Emerging Media, Digital Arts & Design, Digital Media, Communications Design, Animated Arts

  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)

  • All USDC Practitioners will be expected to co-locate up to 30% of their time. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel

  • Must live in a commutable distance to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role

Preferred skillsets: Portfolio of work; Ability to adapt to and learn marketing concepts, Adobe & Microsoft software; Working knowledge of design and production principles in their chosen media; Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems through design and storytelling; Willingness to grow in their craft in a collaborative environment
