FFP Content Designer in Lake Mary, Florida

Essential Functions

  • Oversee and develop a comprehensive approach to internal communications, setting the strategic direction in close collaboration with the executive team.

  • Develop innovative ways of communicating and engaging employees across a range of formats.

  • Develop and implement communication programs to help bring our mission to life for our employees.

  • Partner with HR, finance, and company leadership on reporting, news, and announcements for internal and external audiences.

  • Interpret creative direction and technical information to produce engaging, clear copy that reflects company’s voice for various mediums.

  • Edit existing marketing collateral as needed in native Adobe programs for copy, image, and/or minor design updates.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that copy and design aligns with the project goals and brand standards.

  • Work collaboratively with marketing team to brainstorm marketing projects and campaigns.

  • Manage project pipeline and timelines.

  • Support social media and website updates.

  • Stay up to date on industry and product trends, target audience and competitors.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge FFP portfolio.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proven written communication and graphic design skills.

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications and Adobe Creative Suite a must.

  • Must submit copywriting and design samples.

  • Must be organized with good time management skills.

  • Comfortable with shifting priorities and a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.

  • Experience with Word Press, Account Engagement and Highspot a plus.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
