Since 2003 our company is a boutique asset manager specializing in Sharia-compliant investing and halal investments. Our services include professional, comprehensive wealth management solutions that align with Islamic guidelines to achieve their financial goals.We are currently looking for a Full-Time Client Service Associate.

NOTE: Is not a remote position and requires working in our Lake Mary office.

  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Work with Prospects to help them onboard and join us as Clients.
    • Work with existing Clients on various client service requests.
    • Monitor Client inquires, research and reply via email and/or phone.
    • Continually monitor and update Client database and portfolios.
    • Assist when required with Client billing.
    • Assist with office administrative duties.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Work Schedule: M-F
