JPMorgan Chase Associate - Chase Travel Servicing Business Analyst in Heathrow, Florida

Posting Description

As an Associate in Chase Travel Servicing, you will provide comprehensive administrative, strategic, and operational support to Chase Travel Servicing leadership. This role requires a high degree of confidentiality, business acumen, and relationship building. Individual will be expected to serve as a central resource, with overall awareness of initiatives and changes that impact Chase Travel Servicing.

Job responsibilities

  • Create and manage all leadership communications across varies channels

  • Prepare and design executive level presentations, reports, and other communication materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professional quality

  • Plan, organize, and execute events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled seamlessly

  • Provide high level administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, expense management and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate and oversee various projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Analyze changes and processes for gaps, opportunities, compliance alignment and work with business partners to produce a resolution

  • Build and leverage strong partnerships across Chase Travel and other LOB

  • Serve as a point of contact between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and follow up

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven written and presentation skills including at minimum 2 years' experience writing executive level communications

  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Experience supporting senior leaders

  • Self-starter and able to work under his/her own initiative with minimal direct supervision, while maintaining persistence and optimism when obstacles surface

  • Prioritization and problem-solving abilities to help manage a diverse set of priorities that have concurrent and demanding timelines

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of the business

  • Excellent Microsoft office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, SharePoint)

  • Experience with presentation skills using AV, Technology, and Telepresence

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working in a Travel and/or Hospitality Contact Center environment preferred.
