As we expand we are looking to hire an experienced Carpenter/General Contractor as well as Laborers and Helpers. Looking for qualified, serious full time applicants with Basic construction knowledge to do general carpentry and associated work in the Hudson Valley Area. We are located in Lake Katrine. We must meet in Lake Katrine every morning. Experience is required. A driver's license and a vehicle is a must. Pay to be discussed at interview. Ideal candidates would be bi-lingual (English/Spanish). Job duties can include but would not be limited to assisting other coworkers unloading and loading materials/equipment, cleaning and preparing job sites, making sure all materials and supplies are at the job site, ladder work, Clean Up, follow instructions from supervisors, providing your knowledge and experience on job sites to assist crew, good communication between yourself and other team members, reliable and on time a must. Work to be done includes but is not limited to demolition, building structures, framing, painting, installing sheetrock, installing flooring/tile, taping, sanding, bending metal/aluminum, roofing, siding, installing soffit/fascia, etc.
