TEKsystems Security Technician in Lake City, Florida
The technician will be responsible for servicing and maintaining intrusion detection systems and equipment, access control systems, video surveillance equipment, and related devices, sensors, electric locks, and other applicable force protection equipment. These tasks will consist of performing a combination of installing, maintaining, repairing, overhauling, troubleshooting equipment and systems. The technician will apply practical knowledge of electronic principles and electronic security codes and standards to isolate malfunctions using diagnostic tools and techniques. The technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on the security equipment identified by the task order and return faulty equipment to operating condition. The technician is responsible for installation, documenting maintenance actions, and updating drawings, time distribution.
