Stuller, Inc. Digital Designer in Lafayette, Louisiana

The role of the Digital Designer is to conceptualize and produce varying digital assets. This includes promotional web banners, google and web ads, social media collateral, blog collateral, branded consumer site assets, emails, and more. This role functions in close partnership with the print design team, web design team, and UI/UX team under the leadership of the Creative Manager.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field

  • A strong body of work with a large range of styles and techniques

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Digital/Graphic Design (Agency experience a plus)

  • Have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS to design with capabilities and limitations in mind. (Coding is not required for this role)

  • Excellent collaboration skills

  • Detail oriented and well organized

  • Experience directly working with clients

  • In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Outstanding time management skills and ability to handle fast turnaround times

  • Conception and implementation of holistic, innovative digital campaigns

  • Slice and Export assets with file size and load times in mind

  • Initiate new ideas and approaches to problem solving

  • Design for usability and legibility at each break point (desktop, tablet & mobile)

  • Participate in project planning meetings

  • Collaborate with Print, Social, and Web teams to establish and maintain a consistent user experience across all marketing channels

  • Keep up to date with the latest graphic design trends and best digital design practices

  • Manage multiple projects with short timelines
