We are seeking Business Development Coordinator to join our team at our program.  This is a remote position.  The Business Development Coordinator will serve as a crucial member of our business development team by playing a pivotal role in supporting growth and expansion opportunities for Merakey. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, a strong understanding of business development principles and project coordination skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.  Key responsibilities will include:  *  Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive intelligence. Analyze data and industry insights to inform comprehensive growth strategies.  *  Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals, to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospective opportunities. Collaborate with business development and operations teams to prioritize outreach efforts.  *  Proposal Development: Assist in the development of compelling proposals (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, grants, etc.), presentations, and pitches tailored to the specific needs and requirements of prospective customers. Ensure that all materials are accurate, professional, and aligned with company objectives. Maintain database of all Business Development Team log-ins and accounts for proposal submissions.  *  Networking and Outreach: Represent Merakey at assigned industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our reach and establish connections within potential customers.  *  Project Coordination: Assist and support business development project management processes and initiatives. Facilitate and manage meetings and conference calls to ensure completion of activities and projects. Accountable for management of assigned projects/activities from inception through completion.  *  Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional divisions and departments to support business development initiatives and ensure alignment with overall company goals. Coordinate efforts to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.  *  Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key performance metrics. Maintain Business Development pipeline tracker and run reports as requested.
