Job Posting: Porter / Yard Worker

Location: Lafayette, CO

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Station and retrieve equipment on the property, ensuring it is in the correct location.

  • Maintain a written maintenance schedule, servicing equipment as necessary to meet all set specifications.

  • Inspect equipment before and after rental to document any lost or damaged items.

  • Work in a safety-focused environment with a dynamic team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

  • Experience with common construction and industrial tools is a plus.

  • Some experience or training in the repair of mechanical equipment is preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

  • General mechanical aptitude.

  • Commitment to safety.
