The Financial Services Division (FSD) *within the Department of Ecology is looking to fill an *Executive Assistant (Administrative Assistant 5) *position. This position is located in our *Headquarters Office *in *Lacey, WA{rel="nofollow"}.{rel="nofollow"} Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station.   

In this position, you will serve as the Executive Assistant to Ecology's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who is also the FSD Director. You will be part of a team that manages the agencies $3 billion-dollar biennial budget addressing priority environmental and public health issues across the state. You will hold delegated authority and responsibility for administrative matters for the CFO, and establish and coordinate office operations, standards, and priorities to ensure efficient and effective support to the CFO and the Financial Services Management Team. You will communicate and coordinate with FSD and other Executive staff on a wide range of division and budget topics in support of the CFO's Office and help to ensure Ecology's reputation for financial integrity and credibility is maintained. You will also serve as the CFO's human resources representative.
