The Information Technology Services Office (ITSO)program within the Department of Ecology is looking to fill the *Enterprise Business Technology Solutions (EBTS) Manager (IT Application Manager -- Senior IT Manager) position. This position can be located in any of the following locations.   Headquarters Office inLacey, WA.{rel="nofollow"} *Northwest Region Office (NWRO) *in Shoreline, WA{rel="nofollow"}. *Central Region Office (CRO) in Union Gap, WA{rel="nofollow"}. Eastern Region Office (ERO) in Spokane, WA{rel="nofollow"}.   Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station. Please Note: If the final location of this position is determined to be in our Northwest Region Office (NWRO) in Shoreline, WA{target="_blank" rel="noopener"}. there will be an additional 5% pay increase due to its location in King County. In this instance the salary range will be $9,298 - $12,505 per month.   In this position, you are responsible for the planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance of Ecology's agency-wide geospatial, environmental, financial, and administrative applications and data systems.  EBTS is comprised of three (3) application development units, as well as the Digital Accessibility team. In this role, you will the liaison between ITSO and application development teams within Ecology Environmental programs. The Enterprise Business Technology Solutions Manager is a leadership position reporting to Ecology's Chief Information Officer (CIO) in the Information Technology Services Office (ITSO).
