REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Knowledge of the production process.

Knowledge of Lean tools and high-speed processes.

Ability to work in teams and interpersonal relationships.

Experience in team leadership.

Knowledge of planning and organization is recommended.

Technical and mechanical knowledge related to the manufacture of metal containers is recommended.

Recommended knowledge of the production processes of the manufacture of metal containers.

Safety, Health and Hygiene and Environmental Standards that affect the Plant.

Quality Procedures established by the Company for Manufacturing Plants.

Office automation, medium advanced user level.

Knowledge of English, high level.

Availability to work shifts is essential.

RESPONSABILITIES

  • Absenteeism, covering S/M & T/L

  • Printer specialist. Eliminate losses in labels changes, improve. Eff. & Spo.

  • Development programmed maintenance, ownership, KPIs

  • Quality control in area, preventive actions and monitoring system

  • Labels changes and Palletizer conversion support

  • Management Succession Plan

  • Area development as minifactory by operators, following KPIs (all), etc
