Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' condition and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques
Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Requirements:
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Experience working with diverse patient populations is preferred
