AUXILLIUM Telecom Dispatch Representative in La Junta, Colorado

POSITION: Telecom Dispatch Representative

DUTIES: Receives, interprets, classifies, prioritizes and responds to calls of a routine and emergency nature, expeditiously and accurately. Assigns calls to cable & telecom investigators for necessary action. Visually monitors status display while simultaneously fielding inbound calls. Ensures correct status of pending and dispatched calls, location of field investigators, and makes changes as appropriate. Enters relevant information and retrieves information on multiple computerized systems, including a computer-aided dispatch system. Accept inbound/outbound calls regarding new damage to power/gas/electricity, insurance/citizen inquiries, and investigator updates. Completes claim entry to a database consisting of damage and location information provided by utility field techs. Dispatch methods of communication include phone, email, and SMS. Communication requirements may include routing personnel to specific territories, handle weather condition changes, and advise of other hazards that may require safety precaution. Communicates effectively, professionally, clearly, and courteously when receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls. Follows escalation process for dispatch issues to Field Manager. Meet production expectations, handle time and other key performance indicators as stated by employer and Client. Performs related duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS: Education requirement: Currently enrolled in high school, high school diploma or equivalent. Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office Applications such as; Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to use web-based database tools. Superior communication and people skills. Good decision making and problem-solving skills. Quickly learns new processes. Clear, articulate speaking voice. Must be able to read computer-generated scripts and can multi-task. Must be organized with the ability to handle a high volume of utility dispatch calls. Must be reliable & punctual. Be an Active contributor in a positive team environment. Willingness to adapt to Auxillium s highly positive culture as a supportive Team Member.

WAGE: $14.50 per hour

SHIFTS: This position operates 24/7 Holidays included. A variety of shifts available, to be discussed at interview. * Attendance, understanding and agreement will be required at the time of the interview.
