Physical Therapist
MUSTS: Skills/Educational Requirements: Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Association. Graduate from an approved school of Physical Therapy. Current BCLS certification Rotating weekends and holidays with other staff members. On call for holidays per rotation schedule. Current Colorado P.T. license inpatient and outpatient coverage required.
SKILLS: Assessments, plans of action, treatment
DUTIES: Responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing and administering of physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.
PAY: Hourly Wage: $38.41 - $57.62 per/hour PAY: Every two weeks
BENEFITS: Full Benefit package available
STARTS: Upon selection of successful candidate
DURATION: Perm part-Time
SHIFT: 20 hours per week, typically days
