We are currently seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their experience is seamless and memorable. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, welcoming guests, managing reservations, taking payments, enforcing policies, and providing exceptional customer service. Requirements: * 21 years of age to pour and serve alcoholic beverages. * Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field preferred. * Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software. Responsibilities: * Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner upon arrival. * Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. * Manage reservations and ensure accuracy of guest information. * Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions. * Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. * Handle guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met effectively. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. * Multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
