Conduct periodic inspections of designated buildings and equipment; when necessary, repair and perform preventive maintenance on general building facilities and electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and equipment. 2. Respond to Clinic emergency maintenance calls after normal hours and on weekends and holidays; perform necessary repair work, which may include temporary repairs sufficient to secure the systems and facilities until permanent repairs feasible; notify appropriate personnel if further action is required. 3. Respond immediately to fire alarm systems; disengage electrical, water, or gas systems to protect building occupants and property. 4. Perform or assist with major and minor repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, HVAC, and refrigeration equipment as needed. 5.
