The Information Services (IS) Administrative Coordinator will assist with operational, financial, technical, and coordination aspects across the IT organization. Facilitate organizational efficiency and effective communication within the IT team and across other departments. Support successful delivery of strategic projects and the implementation of the IT project portfolio.

In this role, you'll be able to leverage our Flexible Workplace Policy by working in a hybrid manner. The Impact You’ll Make in This Role:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Establish relationships with vital stakeholders, functional leaders, and both formal and informal leadership networks across the organization.

  • Collaborate with the IS Leadership Team to develop, track, revise, and achieve key metrics.

  • Identify and propose solutions to problems affecting cross-functional and cross-divisional programs/projects and facilitate leadership alignment to address these issues.

  • Coordinate with leaders and departments concerning the technology functions.

  • Work closely with the Communications team to ensure effective communication throughout the organizational structure. Assist in managing risk and compliance requirements as needed.

  • Partner with HR and Finance to ensure IT is tracking and achieving key operating measurements.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Your Experience and Expertise:

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in an information technology or relevant field plus (5) years’ related experience. Demonstrated progressive career growth with proven, consistent, and track record of success. Strong organizational skills and professionalism. Experience working with leaders and executives. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

  • Experience with budgeting, attention to detail, ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic priorities.

  • Excellent listening, decision-making, and judgment required.

  • Highly organized and professional, with ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Process improvement experience highly desirable.
