Duties and Responsibilities
As Bell Host & Luggage Attendant, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
Deliver and pick-up guest luggage and request items according to the standards and procedures in a timely and efficient manner.
Deliver newspapers and messages to guests’ room in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested.
Load and unload vehicles on arrival and departure of guests, andassist guests entering and exiting the vehicles.
Maintain the cleanliness of guest areas including lobby and report any defects.
Assist the in-charge in keeping a proper working relationship and efficient co-ordination between the Concierge Desk and the Resort’s transportation service provider in order to provide fast and efficient service for the guests.
Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

職務と責任
ベルアテンダントとして、以下の効率的な運営に全責任を負います：
-ゲストの荷物や依頼品を、基準や手順に従い、タイムリーかつ効率的に配達、ピックアップする。
-新聞やメッセージをタイムリーかつ効率的にゲストのお部屋に届ける。
-リクエストに応じて、ゲストの移動を確実に行う。
-ゲストの到着時と出発時に車への積み下ろしを行い、ゲストの乗り降りをサポートする。
-ロビーを含むゲストエリアを清潔に保ち、不具合があれば報告する。
-ゲストに迅速かつ効率的なサービスを提供するため、コンシェルジュデスクとホテルの送迎サービスとの適切な協力関係を保ち、効率的な調整を行うインチャージを補佐する。
-シックスセンシズガイドラインとサービス、オペレーション基準を維持する。自分のパフォーマンス水準を維持し、それを上回ること。
-LQA基準とゲストのコメントを厳守する。
