レストランアシスタントマネージャーとして、ヘッドシェフと協力しながら最高のサービスを届けるため、レストラン部門の責任者業務全般を行う。

・お客様・従業員満足度向上のための企画・立案・実行

・オペレーション構築、パフォーマンスや能力開発に関する管理と運営を行う

・ゲストの不満やリクエストに対して、有効なサービスリカバリーを行い、顧客満足に努める ・スタッフの教育、育成をリードする

【What we need from you】

【経験】

・ホテルのレストランや同等の業務経験を3年以上有する方

・マネージメント業務経験をお持ちの方

・これまでにシティホテルにおいて勤務経験を有する方を優遇

・信頼関係を基盤とした、クリアでオープンなコミュニケーションを図れる方

・常に目標意識を持ち、変革や挑戦に前向きな方

【語学】

・日本語での適切なコミュニケーションが取れ、また英語でコミュニケーションを図れる方を優遇
