The role Ensure completing of tax, statistical and financial reportings in accordance with UA legislation (GAAP, Tax code, others), IFRS reporting on a monthly basis, Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed, Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries. Ensuring monthly closing in 1C, Navision; reconciliation of the two accounting systems on a monthly basis, Ensure tax compliance, identify and avoid of possible tax risks and tax penalties, Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines, Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to IT team for performance improvements, Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review, Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions, Monitor expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management, Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion, Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed, manage of the accounting team; coordination and evaluation of their perfomance, Ensure of the registration of the primary accounting documents, their storage, verification of payment documents, Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts, Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations, Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations, Coordinating Inter company operations with Group, ensuring compliance with TP regulations in Ukraine, Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures. #LI-AS1 What we need to see from you Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles as well as International Financial Reporting Standards, Ability to meet the demands of an ever-changing business environment, Critical mind in identifying and defining clearly the problem, evaluating different ideas or ways of solving the problem from the data gathered, and making a choice on which one is the best among the different ideas evaluated, MS Office experience required including extensive Excel knowledge, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Time management and organizational skills, Problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as leadership and administrative skills, Excellent knowledge of tax and accounting UA legislation, Knowledge of accounting software: 1C, ART-ZVIT, Navision (as an advantage), English - Intermediate.
