About the role:
As part of the Global Marketing team you will report to the Director, Global Talent Marketing and will support our Advisory and Global Workplace Solutions business segment. We hire roles that vary from Brokers to Project Managers to Analysts, Engineers, and Technicians. You will partner with the business, People, Corporate Communications and marketing colleagues to ensure talent – both within the company today and future hires - engages with CBRE in meaningful, distinctive and innovative ways.
What you’ll do:
Manage, localize, and activate Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and its associated creative platform across all content, career channels, touchpoints internally and externally in a relevant, and brand aligned manner.
Provide high quality consultation, education, and recommendations to a variety of internal stakeholders in need of your help (Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, etc.) on critical talent attraction challenges by independently developing solutions, often from a blank sheet of paper
Maintain a deep macro-understanding of recruiting, talent, and marketing trends with a micro-understanding of what motivates multiple talent segments to choose an employer
Oversee all Recruitment Marketing for the business including local strategy, stakeholder management, and operations
Create compelling recruitment marketing campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion (lead gen & apply clicks)
What you’ll need:
5-8 years of experience in employer brand/recruitment marketing
Experience creating recruitment marketing campaigns for roles.
Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
Ability to communicate clearly, work practically, and do hard things well with speed and urgency.
Operate effectively in a lean, fluid and evolving team, with a bias for action.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire your team and peer groups both verbally and in writing.
Experience collaborating and working cross functionally in a highly matrixed organization.
Bachelor’s degree
