Involve Asia Senior Associate, Business Development (English & Tagalog Speaking) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

We are searching for a committed, motivated, responsible employee to join our Business Development team. The responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, managing and assisting Publishers until handover to the dedicated account manager. The recruited candidate be able to generate leads, setting meetings, making calls and holding negotiations with Publishers until they sign up on Involve Asia platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Prospecting and lead generation:

  • Research and identify potential publishers across various channels (online/offline).

  • Develop targeted outreach strategies and build relationships with potential publishers.

  • Qualify leads and assess their suitability for the Involve Asia network.

2) Recruitment and onboarding:

  • Present the Involve Asia platform and its benefits to potential publishers.

  • Negotiate contracts and manage the onboarding process for new publishers.

*Provide ongoing support and training to new publishers.

3) Relationship management:

  • Maintain regular communication with prospects and new publishers to build trust and rapport.

  • Address publisher concerns and provide solutions to potential challenges.

  • Monitor publisher performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

4) Reporting and analysis:

  • Track and analyze publisher recruitment and engagement metrics.

  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate results and insights.

  • Recommend strategies for improving publisher recruitment and engagement.

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Sales & Business Development experiences.

  • Proven experience in sales and leads generation, ideally within the affiliate marketing or digital advertising industry.

  • Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem and publisher landscape.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Data-driven approach with experience in performance analysis and reporting.

  • Proficiency in relevant CRM and marketing automation tools.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Passion for technology and digital marketing.

  • Able to communicate in English

  • You speak your mother tongue language - Tagalog
