Carsome Sales Executive (Carlist.my) - Klang Valley in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to promote strong relationships with dealers and customers, promoting Carlist.my and ensuring customer satisfaction within your assigned territory. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, promoting monetise products and providing support to our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage all dealers in assigned areas given by the HoD.

  • To sell monetize product and other enhancement products.

  • Train and guide dealers on how to use the product.

  • To manage dealer inventory list to ensure updated and quality listings.

  • Build, revive and manage customer accounts, and acquisition of new customers.

  • Contact and follow up on any inconsistencies.

  • Furnish daily activity report inclusive of closed won/ lost by territory and accounts.

  • Work actively towards monthly car listings and revenue targets.

  • Gather & analyse market intelligence from areas assigned.

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with dealers.

  • Liaise with listings force team to ensure listings quality is achieved.

  • Ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in outdoor sales.

  • Strong communication skills in Malay and English; proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.

  • Possession of a valid driver's license and own transportation for daily client visitation.

  • Excellent product knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications.

  • Professional and courteous when interacting with clients.

  • Strong time management.
