Description:
Respond to policyholders’ enquiries offering appropriate solutions and information. Provide general policy information (such as verification and limits of coverage), claims information and renewal information to customers and vendors
Provide general policy information (such as verification and limits of coverage), claims information and renewal information to customers and vendors
Enter all case-related documentation into the relevant systems
Register new claims submission and manage email enquiries from customers / business unit (Singapore Business Unit)
SME for BOT registration and provide update to the business unit.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Full-Time position available
Demonstrated customer service experience
Ability to reason and solve complex problems
Excellent interpersonal, telephone and computer skills
Work / pay details:
Working hours: 5 working days (Monday – Friday)
08.30am – 05.30pm
Per month 20 working days.
