WTW Consultant - Rewards Data Intelligence in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

This role will work as key resource in a team conducting a wide variety of compensation and benefits surveys and related projects. You will serve as a key resource in leading a project team collecting compensation and benefits data, conducting checks and validation as well as data analysis and reporting by showing mastery in the use of excel and other technology tools. You are expected to become a primary relationship manager for key client groups and will be expected to take on a larger project manager role within the team.

The Role

  • Project planning, executing analysis and problem-solving including rewards data collection/validation, problem structuring, developing hypotheses, research / benchmarking, analyses & insights development

  • Serving as an advisor to key industries through establishing and maintaining close relationships with clients and networks, working day to day with clients as the primary contact on delivery of services and for business development purposes

  • Delivery support as a project lead with excellent project management for clients including work planning, timely delivery, quality execution, & client expectations / upward management

  • Supporting the generation of new business as part of the broader team and ensuring effective contracting; drafting project plans and budgets involving multiple workflow streams and client teams

  • Contributing in diverse and sophisticated projects; collaborating with other practices in the design of innovative human capital solution, approaches and strategies

  • Help clients to build compensation plans, analyse total annual compensation, long term incentives, total direct compensation, and total rewards

  • Market pricing, compensation/ benefit audits and special/ customized industry surveys

The Requirements

  • Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience; preferably in consulting

  • Knowledge in any of the following fields / areas: compensation & benefits, data analytics, corporate finance, accounting.

  • Proven experience in strategic problem solving with excellent business and financial acumen

  • Proven track record of delivering in fast paced and demanding environments

  • Proven ability to apply depth of knowledge for outstanding project delivery with tight deadlines

  • Ability to innovate and apply experiences to support business development initiatives

  • Polished oral and written communication skills; confident managing client relationships and presenting to mid / senior leadership

  • Undergraduate or advanced degree from a reputable academic institution / program
