Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist Software Asset Manager on validation, approvals, tickets, incidents, clean up, support, and reporting for licensing.

  • Applies sound judgement and escalates to Software Asset Manager where necessary. Provides clear and regular communication to Software Asset Manager and co-workers via oral and written communications.

  • Builds productive internal/external working relationships by having close follow-up and collaboration with Software Asset Manager and Business users.

  • To assist on projects related to improving Edwards software catalogue in ServiceNow Portal.

  • Complete license request submitted through email or Teams. User will email or message requests for specific license.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent in or technical degree/certificate in related discipline Preferred.

Additional Skills:

  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal relations, sense of responsibility, commitment and customer focus.

  • Skilled in analytical and logical problem solving.

  • Takes proactive actions and have positive attitude.

  • Goal oriented and able to prioritize work independently based on business impact and urgency.

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and collaboration skills.

  • Knowledge on IT application and software e.g. Microsoft application/tools, Adobe, SharePoint etc.

  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
