The Supplier Risk Management Team in Krakow is part of a broader Global Sourcing Organization. We are seeking an individual interested in gaining experience in managing supplier insurance in the US and Canada to ensure a high level of compliance with International Paper’s requirements. You will

  • Prepare supplier communication regarding obligatory insurance provided to International Paper

  • Participate in insurance negotiations between suppliers and purchasing/sourcing personnel

  • Collaborate with Legal and Risk Management departments to provide purchasing personnel with supplier insurance consultancy

  • Help in reviewing IP contracts with suppliers and supporting IP buyers with guidelines regarding U.S. insurance requirements

  • Execute administration activities associated with dedicated suppliers, ensuring accuracy of our system (EBIX) - update contacts, status reports, exceptions documentation, and all needed data maintenance

You have

  • Availability to work at least 20 hours per week

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate and collaborate with all levels of our organization and with external partners

  • Solid administrative skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Status of a student or a graduate willing to gain experience
