AON Content System Manager (DAM) in Krakow, Poland

Colleague will be responsible for managing sales enablement content within Aon’s digital asset management (DAM) system. This also includes ensuring content is properly linked within other content systems and shared across multiple teams.

What the day will look like
  • Maintaining assigned library content, including incorporation of timely updates to existing material, building out new content, and retiring outdated content

  • Coordinating with Regional Sales Enablement Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to revise and develop material on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis

  • Partnering with Graphics Designers to ensure content is supported by accurate and engaging graphics

  • Reviewing content for formatting, spelling, grammar, and adherence to brand standards

  • Learning and advocating on behalf of the Aon Proposition, to ensure our tone of voice is properly represented in all our materials

  • Proactively monitoring official channels to identify news and updates that could impact Digital Asset Management and other applicable systems

  • Establishing and maintaining timelines for content updates in conjunction with the Regional Sales Enablement Leaders

  • Ensuring all required documentation is updated, retained, and stored

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders at all levels and adapting based on their work preferences

  • Prioritizing tasks when competing deadlines arise

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • 5 years+ experience in a business writing and at least 2 years of content management system experience

  • Experience in DAM/ experience in DAM implementation

  • Experience with financial services, risk and/or health consulting a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, ideally in creative writing or journalism

  • Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Familiarity with style guides

  • Advanced proofing skills

  • Proficiency with digital asset management software

  • High attention to detail

  • Advanced organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently or with a team, partnering across global regions
