Aon is Looking for a Communications and Colleague Engagement Lead

As the Communications and Colleague Engagement lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies and change management initiatives that support our colleague’s engagement. You will work closely with partners at all levels of the organization to ensure effective communication and successful adoption of change initiatives.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering colleague engagement initiatives across the organization aligned to Aon’s vision and values.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communication and comprehensive engagement plans that support the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with partners at all levels of the organization to ensure effective communication and successful adoption of change initiatives, to address engagement opportunities and challenges.

  • Design and facilitate newsletters, engagement surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to measure and improve colleague engagement levels

  • Analyze and report on engagement data and trends, and provide recommendations for action

  • Plan and coordinate engagement events and activities, such as recognition programs, wellness initiatives, team building exercises, and social events

    Required Experience:

  • 5 plus years of experience in a similar role / capacity.

  • Extensive experience in communications and change management.

  • Solid understanding of communication engagement methodologies and best practices.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address communication and change management challenges.

  • Consistent record of developing and implementing successful communication and change management initiatives.

  • Strong project management and change management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
