Shell Associate Credit Debt Collection with Hungarian in Krakow (City), Poland

We are looking for an entry level Associate Credit Debt Collection with Hungarian language. You will be responsible for performing debt collection activities and creating good working relationships with the local Credit Team and the other business partners. You will have an opportunity to use Hungarian language on a daily basis while communicating with customers and stakeholders.

Your main accountabilities would be:

Debt collection activities for Shell operating units to ensure that customers’ debts are collected in line with contractual terms

  • Performing cash allocation and investigation of payment discrepancies

  • Initiating disputes and regular monitoring of their resolution

  • Managing blocked orders

  • Performing required analysis, reports and controls

  • Ensuring performance metrics are met

  • Effective collaboration with team members, business partners and stakeholders

Candidate’s profile:

  • Very good knowledge of Hungarian language (C1)

  • Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1)

  • Degree in Economics, Accounting or any related Finance/Business course preferred

  • 1 year of relevant work experience would be an asset

  • Previous experience with SAP would be an asset

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proactive approach and demonstrating full ownership of assigned tasks

  • Good knowledge of Excel
