Job Description:

· Plans the work of employees with a daily or short term focus. Supervises employees and sets individual goals. Coaches staff, supports development and provides significant input into hiring decisions, performance management recognition and rewards.

· Provide a strong sales floor presence--set the standard for superior service by directly supporting Athletes and closely monitoring floor activities to ensure execution and delivery of the premium consumer experience. Manage all daily activities in a specific area of the store (S&R, Dept., area), including selling and service, selecting and developing associates, merchandising, time and business management.

· Execute and maintain visual merchandising and selling floor standards.

· Communicate promotional event information to maximize results of each event.

· Identify merchandise issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback.

· Supervise, train, and develop associates within designated area.

· Assist Store Manager (Head Coach) in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience and implementing/executing global and regional programs to drive business results.

· Utilize advanced customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect consumer to the right product. Build a bond between consumer and brand.

Requirements:

· Typically requires Bachelor Degree and minimum of 2-3 years directly relevant work experience. Associates degree + 1-3 years or High School + 3-5 years are also acceptable.

· 3 years retail experience including 1 year lead or supervisory experience.
