The Role: Manager to Associate Director, Brokerage (Office Services / Retail / Industrial)

The Location: Hong Kong

The Team/ The Business: You will be working alongside with a team of highly collaborative and supportive colleagues in delivering outstanding service to our clients, understanding their land use needs and provide the right solution by leveraging our industry leading platform.

What you will be working on:

  • Generate agency business in the leasing and sale/ acquisition of office properties by providing a high degree of servicing to corporate clients, making consistent efforts to keep abreast with developments in the office market.

  • Constantly source for market leads and information, and generate creative solutions for both vendors/landlords and occupiers/tenants.

  • Build a track record for yourself and the Company as leading local market or cross-border players.

  • Source for market leads and information, generate creative leasing service solutions for clients via the provision of market insights and property data

  • Nurture existing client relationships and cultivate repeat business via provision of pre/ post-sales service, effective maintenance of client database and proactive follow-up on client's needs

  • Attend client meetings with other members of the team; accompany clients on site visits

  • Follow guidelines and carry out instructions from your senior directors and the Management, working as part of a cohesive team to identify business opportunities and meet the business targets set for the Department.

  • Provide support to the department's marketing effort that includes conducting marketing pitches and presentations, advertising activities and production of marketing materials such as property flyers and market reports

  • Assist in preparing offer to lease, leasing proposals, license agreements and other related documents

  • Any other ad-hoc assignments as required

You are someone with:

  • Degree holder in Business, Real Estate or any property related disciplines

  • At least 5 years of experience for managerial role, preferably within the Real Estate sector, ideally working in a business development and client service capacity.

  • EAA license holder

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese. Ability to speak fluent Mandarin will be a plus

  • Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills

  • An organized mindset and a team player. You are self-motivated and always proactive in getting things done

  • An appetite for taking on challenges and strong hunger for success
