Job Position: Die cutter Operator    Job Location: Koscuisko, MS

Die Cutter Operator is to set-up, run and maintain the Diecutter in such a way as to maximize productivity and quality while minimizing scrap, master and perform all aspects of machine set-up, including die set-up, gear change, gluer set-up, printer set-up, roll change, and tucker bar set-up, Basic maintenance as scheduled, Ability to read and understand job specifications and work orders. House cleaning within machine operation area. Responsible for all job prep and set ups. Responsible for operation of die cutting equipment. Responsible for monitoring product with a focus on quality and productivity. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area. High School Diploma or GED required with good reading and mathematics skills. (Must be able to read a tape measure) Must be capable of standing for extended periods of time. Must be capable of bending or squatting. Must be capable of lifting 25-50 pounds throughout the day. Must be able to tolerate working in heat.

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday  10- hour shifts
