Providence St. Joseph Health Mental Health Counselor Masters - PKICC School Program in Kodiak, Alaska

Under general supervision this position provides quality individual, group, family and marital therapy with children, adolescents and adults. Providence Kodiak Behavioral Health is a community based behavioral health service, which provides a variety of outpatient treatment services to assist adults, children and families.

Hours: Part time, 0.8 FTE, Day Shift, 32 Hours Per Week

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Education or related Behavioral Health Field to obtain Licensure
  • 1 year of Counseling

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Substance Abuse Professional Certification (e.g., CDC I or II, National Master Addiction Counselor) within 1 year of hire
